For all custom or not in inventory orders, Please allow from 3-4 weeks fro the date of order for construction before shipping. For a more detail order it may take a little longer depending in the specifications or lack of materials. ( Any situation will we notify to customer ahead time) We always try to keep lead times to a minimum, but you can not rush quality as each product or creation is painstakingly built by hand.

Due to the nature of handmade products slight variations may occur in color, texture, size, and design from the product picture or request.

Since leather is a living material, meaning that dye and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. As such, each piece was a part of a living creature who frolicked, was bit by bugs and may have picked up some scars with stories to tell. Sometimes these carry over into your leather, and are normal and natural.
